RETURN POLICY

If you would like to return a product, you may email or contact us to confirm as to whether the product can be returned.
If the product is returnable:
When returning a product, you must contact RUCCI.COM within 15 days of receiving your product. It is very important you do not deface the retail box in any way, so we don't refuse your package. Products must be in like-new condition, contain all of its original contents, and in its original packaging in order to be accepted to process your return immediately upon receipt.

Return Policy Criteria:

We carry only top quality products which we are certain will help keep you RUCCI.COM, however we want you to shop in complete confidence! This is why RUCCI.COM puts so much effort into only carrying top quality products from consumer-friendly manufacturers who stand behind high quality standards. All items are totally double checked before we ship them out to the customers. In the event a product is confirmed as a manufacturer's defect, RUCCI.COM will ship you out a replacement at no charge.

Cancelling an Order
In most cases, once an order is placed, we are not able to cancel the order due to the speed in which we process and ship orders. If you no longer want a product after the order has been placed, please contact us via email or telephone once you have received the product. Unauthorized returns/refused shipments will not be accepted or credited.

Refused Shipment / Undeliverable Package

If you refuse a package upon arrival or your package is undeliverable due to customer error, we must charge your card for the shipping cost and shipper fee caused by your decision. This policy applies even if your order was originally sent to you via FREE shipping.

Hassle-Free Return

We offer a 30 day RISK AND HASSLE-FREE RETURN policy. If you are unhappy or not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it, no questions asked. If you get it wrong, we make it right. ***You are responsible for payment of the return shipping charges. (This will be deducted from the REFUND AMOUNT)

No returns will be accepted after the 30-day return window.

CLEARANCE SALES / PRODUCTS
Rucci Clearance Sale Policies:

1. All Clearance items are sold as-is and are a final sale. There are no refunds,
exchanges, or credits provided once the item is purchased.

2. Items may be discolored, faded, or have worn marks/spots as it has been a
showroom display model esp. for display units.

3. Items have been inspected individually and were ensured to be in satisfactory working condition upon product listing (lights working, recieving power from power adapter, etc.) Most products (if product needs one) includes a generic power adapter. It will be indicated in the listing if power adapter/cord is not included.
